For more than 25 years I have shaped government and institutional communications — from the press room to the crisis room.
I have worked as a communications professional for more than twenty-five years, building broad press relationships and a deep knowledge of government and public administration along the way. Over my career I have led press and media strategy at government and parliamentary level, from the planning of complex communication campaigns through to their delivery.
My core strength is crisis communications: fast, effective crisis management has often allowed the institutions involved to keep — or win back — their credibility. Digital communications and institutional branding are also areas of expertise: I have built lasting, positive institutional reputations across both traditional and online channels.
As a leader I care about team building, strategic thinking and innovation. I actively use artificial intelligence in my work, whether for content creation, data-driven audience analysis, media monitoring or developing creative concepts quickly.
